TNV System Certification

Certificate Withdrawal Conditions

A certificate issued by TNV System Certification Pvt. Ltd. may be withdrawn if any of the following occur:

  1. Failure to Arrange Surveillance Audit: A surveillance audit is not arranged within three months of its due date following a notice issued by TNV System Certification Pvt. Ltd.
  2. Ineffective Corrective Actions: Major nonconformities identified during surveillance audits are not effectively corrected within the agreed time limits.
  3. Non-payment of Fees: Failure to pay the applicable certification or surveillance fees.
  4. Misuse of Accreditation Mark/Logo: Continued improper use of the accreditation mark/logo, including misleading publications or advertisements, or violation of the prescribed conditions for logo use.

 

Upon suspension or cancellation, the organization’s name will be removed from TNV System Certification Pvt. Ltd.’s list of approved certified companies.

  1. Unresolved Suspension: The organization fails to resolve the cause of suspension within 90 days from the date the suspension was imposed.
  2. Insufficient Evidence for Suspension Review: The organization submits inadequate or unsatisfactory evidence to address the reasons for suspension as outlined above.
