Withdrawal

TNV may withdraw a certificate in any of the following cases:

1. The certificate holder does not meet the conditions of suspension, or suspension is not considered an adequate action.
2. The issues that led to suspension are not resolved within 6 months of the suspension, or within the time limit set by TNV (which shall not be less than 3 months).
3. The certificate holder requests withdrawal.
4. The management system rules change and the organization is unable or unwilling to ensure conformance to the new requirements within the agreed time frames.
5. The organization or facility is closed.
6. The organization fails to meet its financial obligations as agreed with TNV.
7. Falsification of any nature is identified.

TNV shall formally communicate the withdrawal decision to the certificate holder. The certificate holder shall terminate the use of the certification mark and any reference to certification, and return the certificate(s) and copies to TNV. The certificate holder has the right to appeal through TNV’s complaints procedure. The certification status is updated on the TNV website (www.tnvsystem.com).
